Fire and tactical doctrines in N. Chelny

      In N. Chelny in the territory of Vamin Tatarstan branch of JSC - "The Naberezhnye Chelny dairy combine" there passed unplanned fire and tactical doctrines on which actions of firemen in case of fire extinguishing on object with availability of emergency chemical and dangerous substances were fulfilled. According to a legend, in an equipment room of compressor shop of combine there was a fire to ammonia emission. On a public address system of combine the speech notice on an emergency situation is carried out. Then evacuation of employees of milk recombining plant was organized.

      Doctrine purposes:

- enhancement of tactical thinking and skills of commanding structure;

- working off of questions of work of operational staff, the back and communication on a fire;

- working off of interaction of divisions of fire protection with service personnel of object;

- staff training on suppression of fires with use of the main and special equipment fire trucks;

- studying of the operational and tactical characteristic of object;

- check of readiness of attracted forces and means.
