Incident on 9 April as at 24.00:

Fire departments of state fire service of the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia on RT went on alert 52 times. Of them for extinguishing fire garbage - 5 times. Fire Republic eliminated - 6 fires in the residential sector - 2 fire. Killed 2 people.

The causes of fires are: careless handling of fire - 3 fire, carelessness when Smoking - 1 fire, careless handling of fire children - 1 fire, violation of rules of technical operation of electric equipment - 1 fire.

Trips fire Department to conduct rescue works at liquidation of consequences of accident - 9 times. Rescued 4 people.

Trips units DPO on fire fighting left - RAS.

Trips-duty units of the rescue service at the MOE of the RT - 13 times. Of them to unlock doors to 6 times on accident - 2 times, on the other - 5 times.

Hydrological conditions

At the Kuibyshev reservoir water level increased by 2 see, to a critical level remained 1,84 m

At Nizhnekamsk reservoir water level decreased by 5 see, to a critical level remained to 2.94 m

Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia on RT warns:

· do not abuse alcohol, never smoke in bed!

· do not leave children unattended, teach them basic rules of fire safety;

·never use faulty electrical wiring, do not overload the grid, use caution when using electric heaters;

· do not leave electrical and gas appliances unattended.

Remember: fire does not occur by itself. Its cause - the human negligence and carelessness in handling of fire. In intoxicated person loses control of himself and his actions, and especially can not bear any responsibility for another person's life.
