As it turned out, the main culprit here is not the lack of professionalism and technical equipment of the firefighters, and the apparent lack of accountability of the citizens.

Saw this in practice. For example, in the courtyard of the house at Baki Urmanche, 11 fire calculation was unable to visit: the residents placed in the way of special equipment obstacle in the form parked illegally hire. According to the staff of the Ministry, if it had been a real fire, not a special Reid, these vehicles would have to first be evacuated and only then start extinguishing the fire. And this, in turn, would lead to waste so much precious at the time of the incident the time and, therefore, could result in death. By the way, a similar incident had taken place several years ago. Then, because of the delays with parked cars in the fire killed a child and two grown men. The above yard in our city is not alone. Similar situation is observed almost everywhere.

To underestimate the degree of threat such carelessness of residents cannot, according to statistics the number of fires for the last year has increased in several times. The fire destroyed more than ten people. This theme was highlighted in the meeting of the Commission for emergency situations in the city administration. "Lame", according to experts, more and prevention: to address gaps in knowledge on fire safety to citizens will be given special instructions.
