The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan was decided to hold the second quarter of 2014 complex trainings on measures of fire safety and evacuation of people in case of fire in the institutions of ministries and departments of the Republic. These exercises are conducted to identify the level of competence among administration agencies working out the issues on fire extinguishing, evacuation of people, and in order to work out cooperation of the personnel of the ministries and agencies and departments of the fire service.

Today at 9 a.m. the personnel of the Kazan line management of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in the amount of 150 people first started working out introductory teachings. According to legend, in a 4-storey administrative building on the fourth floor of the fire happened in the office. The first thing was estimated work of the duty shift of the object. After receiving the signal about the fire, the duty immediately contacted the services and 112 01 and accurately conveyed the information to the Manager. Activating the system of fire alarm and announcing a General evacuation, the site administration has started the initial actions to extinguish the fire.

- Today's exercise showed that our employees have all the necessary knowledge and skills in case of an emergency. Certainly, there were some shortcomings that need more work. I think that in future we finally eliminate them, - told the chief duty of the Kazan line management of the Russian interior Ministry, police Lieutenant Colonel Salavat Hazeev.

From received introductory from the building could not evacuate three people. Two victims were cut off by fire from the exit on the fourth floor, another man got carbon monoxide poisoning. At the scene arrived fire brigades of the Kazan garrison. Using the cranked lift firefighters evacuated from the fourth floor of a building of two victims. The third victim who needed medical assistance, fire calculation made on a stretcher and gave the ambulance crew.

- The tasks were fulfilled fully today. There was coordination of actions of the personnel of the Kazan line management and fire departments.
