So, on the territory of the Kazan city from 11 to 20 March 2014 in the evening organized raids of verifying that the journey of fire technology in the internal territory.
As at 18.03.2014 year held on 27 raids, during which inspected 73 internal territory of them in 73 identified difficulties in transportation of fire-fighting vehicles.
The inspections showed that the problems with the transportation of fire-fighting vehicles in the internal territory connected with Sergianism passages, and in some cases their blocking vehicles of citizens, and also installation of barriers, different concrete slabs, iron gates, etc.
According to the results of the raids revealed that all admitted difficulties passages in the internal territory. In the departments politiikkaan submitted their requests for the establishment of owners of motor vehicles, out of which 105 installed owners and notified to the Protocol on administrative offence under part 8 table 17.1 of the administrative code.

For blocking of roadways, pursuant to part 8 table 17.1 of the administrative code provides for administrative liability for citizens from 1.5 thousand to two thousand roubles, officials from 7 to 10 thousand rubles, legal from 100 to 150 thousand roubles.
Given that the problem of cluttering passages relevant not only for the city of Kazan, but also to other towns and cities of the Republic, the management and Supervisory activities planned such raids in other municipal districts (urban districts) of the Republic.

In the period from 18 to 20 February 2014 in the evening hours the check of allowing the passage of fire equipment in vnutricinovialnoe municipal districts (urban districts) of the Republic. The inspections showed that the problem with the passage of fire technics takes place in 8 out of 45 municipal districts of Republic.
