The meeting was held on the main areas of activity for the first half of 2026 and tasks for the third quarter. Andrey Orlov, Acting minister of civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, summed up the results of the main activities for the second quarter and outlined the tasks for the third quarter of this year. He noted that there are complex and problematic issues that require constant work and monitoring.
Pavel Rodionov, head of the department for the Implementation of powers in the field of civil defense and emergency situations, made a report "On the progress of the implementation of measures of the Plan to bring to readiness unprepared and limited ready defensive structures for the shelter of the population." He stressed that local specialists need to continue working to maintain civil defense facilities in a state of constant readiness for their intended use.
A report by Andrey Rezinkin, deputy minister of the Ministry of emergency stuations of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the progress of the plan for alerting the public warning system was also heard.
Summing up the meeting, Irek Kadamov specified the ways to solve the most pressing tasks for the coming period. He paid special attention to the issues of the readiness of civil defense defenses and the shelter of the population in the buried rooms of the underground space, taking into account the decisions previously taken by the leadership of the republic.
