During the reporting period, 47,511 calls were received and processed, and 36,842 incident cards were created.

To date, about 71% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: for the police – 29.8%, for medical assistance – 25.6%, for firefighters and rescuers – 26.9%, for housing and communal services – 4.4%, for emergency gas services – 1.7%, for other reasons – 11.6%.

According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 10 seconds, the average time for a specialist to talk was 1 minute and 15 seconds.

Psychologists conducted 176 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 361 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
