A meeting of young rescuers was held in the Kaibitсy district
In a picturesque corner of Bolshye Kaibitсy, in Dubrava Park, the district championship of young firefighters squads was held. The organizers were the joint efforts of the district authorities, as well as the Education Department of the Executive Committee of the Kaibitсy Municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was aimed at popularizing fire and rescue sports among the younger generation, teaching schoolchildren practical fire fighting skills and promoting the principles of a healthy lifestyle. In addition, the organizers set themselves the task of identifying the most prepared teams, improving the methods of teaching safe behavior in emergency situations, and practicing self-help and mutual assistance techniques.
Six teams took part in the competition. The results were evaluated according to two criteria: speed indicators and a score on a ten-point scale.
At the end of the competition, all prizes were fairly distributed. The teams that demonstrated the best results were awarded with diplomas of relevant degrees and souvenirs.
