Fire safety at the "Kosmos" cinema: a lesson for young guests

25 June 2026, Thursday

The "Kosmos" сinema in Zainsk has become a platform for an educational event aimed at raising awareness of fire safety among young guests. Lilia Pisareva, senior investigator for the Zainsk municipal district, and Evgeny Stepanov, employee of the 88th fire department, held a meeting with students of the school camp No. 4 and their teachers.

During the event, key topics related to fire hazards, precautions, and emergency response methods were discussed. The experts highlighted in detail the risks associated with open flames, high temperatures and toxic combustion products, and also discussed the common causes of fires. The participants were reminded of the need to comply with fire safety regulations and were given up-to-date information about emergency telephone numbers.

This was followed by a training evacuation, which allowed the students to practice actions in case of a simulated fire and learn how to safely leave the building. The process was organized to simulate a real emergency situation and led to a successful conclusion.

After that, on the territory adjacent to the cinema, the students were able to independently use fire extinguishers to extinguish a model fire, demonstrating the acquired skills.
