In order to ensure the safety of people's lives during the VK Fest 2026 music festival in Kazan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan have established a ban on the use of small vessels, as well as sailing, pleasure, and sports vessels, including jet skis, kayaks, and rowboats, on the section of the Kazanka River from the Millennium Bridge to the Kremlin Dam on June 7, 2026. year in the period from 14:00 to 22:00 hours.

In order to comply with the prohibition established by this resolution, the forces and means of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan will ensure the duty of forces and means in the water area.
