During the reporting period, 47381 calls were accepted and processed by specialists, 37392 incident cards were created.

To date, about 59% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: in the direction of the police – 30.1%, for medical assistance – 29.0%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 24.4%, on housing and communal services – 3.5%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.8%, for other reasons – 11.2%.

According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 09 seconds, the average time for a specialist to talk to applicants was 1 minute and 15 seconds.

Psychologists conducted 195 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 484 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
