The results of the Service-112's work for the period from January 30 to February 05, 2026

During the reporting period, 50384 calls were received and processed by specialists, 39953 incident cards were created.

To date, about 58% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: in the direction of the police – 34.2%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 30.0%, for medical care – 24.7%, for housing and communal services – 2.0%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.2%, for other reasons – 7.9%.

According to the results of the past week, the average waiting time for a response was 11 seconds, and the average time for a specialist to talk to applicants was 1 minute and 22 seconds.

Psychologists of the Service-112 conducted 124 consultations, a total of 443 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
