The EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan held a briefing with personnel and discussed the draft collective agreement and internal labor regulations for the new period of 2026-2028.
On December 30, a briefing was held with the personnel of the MD of the Ministry on ensuring security on weekends and holidays (via videoconference. The Ministry's employees were informed about the safety rules, explained measures to prevent accidents and ensure readiness to respond promptly to possible emergencies.
The draft collective agreement of the Ministry and the internal labor regulations of the Ministry for the new period of 2026-2028 were also discussed. Acting Minister Andrei Orlov announced the proposals received from the employees.
The participants discussed the structure of the collective agreement, key provisions, rights and obligations of employees and the employer, as well as the procedure for making changes to the internal labor regulations.
At the end of the event, Andrey Orlov, Acting Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented Certificates of Honor to the most distinguished employees and wished everyone a Happy New Year.
