During the reporting period, 42715 calls were received and processed by specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls, and 34101 incident cards were created.

To date, about 57% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

The largest number of requests were received in the direction of the police – 31.7%, for medical assistance – 31.2%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 23.7%, on housing and communal services – 3%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.7%, other – 8.7%.

According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a specialist's response was 07 seconds, the average time for a specialist to talk to applicants was 1 minute 11 seconds.

Psychologists of "Service-112" conducted 152 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support, a total of 341 calls were received.
