The republic has identified the best team among the Search and Rescue Service units at the RT EMERCOM
The competition was held in the Svetitelskaya Gora tract in the Vysokogorsk district. Representatives of all the zonal search and rescue teams of the republic participated in the struggle for victory. They had to compete on the ground, in the air, in the water and even in a conditional blockage underground.
The competition was held in order to improve the knowledge, skills and abilities of rescuers working with equipment while on duty and carrying out rescue and other urgent work; to develop high professional qualities and psychological stability among rescuers necessary for successful actions in emergency situations, as well as to identify the most professionally competent rescuers.
Representatives of all search and rescue teams of the republic participate in the competition. All the conditions on the stages are close to real, so the rescuers who worked on the stages gave their best.
The first stage is the "Blockage". It was conducted in a specially prepared zone of a conditional emergency situation with numerous obstacles, dangerous phenomena and situations typical of real accidents and man-made disasters. The second stage is "Nature". Rescuers competed in a wooded area, where they navigated the terrain, moving by compass and map, as well as by set coordinates, searching for objects.
According to the results of all the difficult tests, the rescuers of ZSRU No. 5 (Nizhny Yaki) demonstrated the best result, the second place was taken by the team of ZSRU No. 2 (Kazan), the representatives of ZSRU No. 4 (Shemordan) rounded out the top three winners.
