In Tatarstan, sign language interpreters of SBI "Service-112" began receiving video calls from the hard of hearing through the messenger "Mакс" (MAX)

Andrey Kozlov, Deputy Director of SBI "Service-112", took part in the meeting of the Tatar Republican branch of the All-Russian Public Organization of the Disabled "All-Russian Society of the Deaf". One of the issues on the agenda of the meeting was the procedure for contacting hearing-impaired citizens in the 112 Service.

As part of the implementation of the Federal Law in the "Service", the reception of calls from subscribers with hearing and speech impairments is organized through video calls via the MAX messenger.

The participants of the meeting, with the help of a dactylologist, explained the procedure for installing on smartphones and registering in the application. The function of making a video call is also demonstrated.
