On the last warm autumn day, the children of the Nizhnekamsk Center for Hard-of-Hearing and Deaf Children had enough time to play firefighter, thanks to the fact that firefighters from the 62nd city fire and rescue unit came to visit them. The purpose of the visit is to introduce boys and girls to the profession of a firefighter and a rescuer, as well as to conduct a lesson on compliance with fire safety rules.
Of course, the specialists of the Center helped a lot to fully communicate with the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia with children with hearing disabilities. With their help, the firefighters recalled the observance of basic rules of safe behavior at home and at home. They were told how much trouble games with matches, lighters, flammable and flammable liquids can lead to, as well as what needs to be done to save themselves and their comrades in the event of a fire.
After a preventive lesson, the children "rushed" to study fire fighting equipment and emergency rescue equipment. The guys watched the fire department staff with great interest. Everyone could try on firefighter combat clothes and abundantly water the lawn from a fire barrel, imagining themselves in the place of a firefighter. They also learned that hooded rescue masks are used to protect people being rescued from smoke in a fire. And they were also able to thoroughly study the "stuffing" of a fire truck, explore all the entrances and exits and sit behind the wheel of a big red car.
At the end of the event, there was a "selfie session" and a general photographing of a memorable, informative and exciting event.
