The National Center for Missing and Injured Children and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia have launched a new point for issuing humanitarian aid to citizens who were forced to leave their homes and arrived in Kursk from the border area. Among the volunteers involved in providing assistance to temporary migrants, there are representatives of the branch of the National Center in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Psychologists, specialists from the Social Fund and the Employment Service also work in the new center together with volunteers from the National Center. In the new premises, volunteers will be able to help more residents. Now about 1 thousand families apply for humanitarian kits every day. The opening of the new center made it possible to provide assistance to even more people in need and distribute kits with basic necessities for 3.5 thousand families daily.
