In connection with the preparation and holding of the BRICS Heads of State Summit in Kazan, from October 18 to 25, citizens will not be admitted. The reception of citizens will be carried out according to the following schedule through the Unified Portal of Public Services.
Certification: October 17, from 8:00 to 13:00 (reception of citizens enrolled in the re-admission of theoretical and practical skills). There will be no certification of boatmasters on October 24.
replacement of certificates: October 17, 24 from 9 to 17:00.
Registration and changes: October 21, 22, 23 from 9:00 to 13:00
Inspection and technical inspection of small vessels will not be carried out from October 17 to October 25!
