Regular guests here are schoolchildren, children from kindergartens, institutions of additional education, and social centers.

Today, the museum was visited for the first time by people with hearing impairments. There are both adults and children in the deaf society group. Senior inspector of the 8th Fire and Rescue squad Rezeda Yusupova was assisted in conducting such an unusual excursion by a sign language interpreter. That is why the whole course of the guests' acquaintance with the history of firefighting took place thoroughly and without haste. The audience was told about how they fought the fire disaster in ancient times and how modern firefighters work. They demonstrated the equipment and equipment of the fire service staff. The guests viewed an exposition dedicated to war veterans and fire protection, as well as a colorful layout describing the main types of emergency rescue operations carried out by fire departments.

Young viewers were able to try on the firefighters' equipment, and adults asked all their questions with the help of a sign language interpreter. They thanked the Zelenodolsk firefighters for the warm welcome and informative tour. And at the end of the visit, we took a lot of photos for memory.
