Tatarstan citizen is among the winners: The best experts of fire testing laboratories have been identified in Kirov
From September 3 to 5, 2024, the regional stage of the competition for the title of "Best Expert" and "Best forensic expert institution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia" of the subjects of the Volga Federal District was held in Kirov.
At the meetings of the commission, competitive materials (conclusions on fires) were considered, as well as business games were held on cross-examination in court by an expert.
The experts performed a practical task on the inspection of a vehicle in which a training fire was simulated in advance.
Based on the results of the theoretical and practical part, the members of the commission determined the winners and prize-winners in each of the nominations.
Among the fire testing laboratories, the places were distributed as follows:
1st place - fire testing laboratory in the Republic of Mordovia,
2nd place - fire testing laboratory in the Penza region,
3rd place is the fire testing laboratory in the Kirov region.
The best experts are:
1st place - Alexey Serikov, Head of the forensic examination sector of fire testing laboratories in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
2nd place - Dmitry Kosarev, senior expert of the forensic examination sector of fire testing laboratories in the Republic of Mordovia.
3rd place - Andrey Shishlov, senior expert of the forensic examination sector of fire testing laboratories in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The winners of the contests will represent the federal district at the Russian stage, which will be held from September 23 to 27 in Omsk.
