The personnel coped with the task
The task was not an easy one – to organize and conduct fire-tactical exercises in the building of the Lenin Palace of Culture in the Aircraft Building district of Kazan. The large-scale training was attended by 49 personnel and 14 pieces of equipment from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, as well as doctors and employees of the Rosgvardiya.
According to the legend of the exercises, due to a short circuit, a fire broke out in the exhibition hall on the third floor of the Lenin Recreation Center building, strong smoke created, threatening people in other rooms of the recreation center. There was a threat of a conditional fire spreading to the entire area of the room and to the adjacent areas of the building.
