On July 11, the head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, held bilateral meetings in Kazan with the leadership of the emergency departments of the People's Republic of China and the United Arab Emirates. The issues of emergency prevention and response were discussed. At a meeting with the Minister of Emergency Response of China, Wang Xiangxi, the vectors of partnership in the field of regular exchange of space monitoring data were determined.
Currently, both countries are working on regulations for the organization of information interaction. Signing the document will consolidate the agreements and allow you to debug the data exchange mechanism. In addition, Alexander Kurenkov expressed readiness to assist the Ministry of Emergency Situations of China in training flight crews to extinguish fires with Il-76 aircraft and using aviation devices.
