Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten

28 April 2024, Sunday

On the eve of the professional holiday of firefighters - the Day of Fire Protection of Russia, employees of the 8th fire and rescue squad visited the graves of their veterans - those who went through the difficult roads of the war and spent many years serving on the fiery front. Years go by. Unfortunately, now of all the war veterans and the fire department of Zelenodolsk, no one survived. But the memory of respected veterans remained in the hearts of firefighters forever. Every year in April, Zelenodolsk firefighters visit their graves, put them in order, remember those who are not nearby. "This is really important for us," says PSCh-34 chief Radik Mukhametov. "People are alive as long as they remember them. It is important for our generation and for future employees of the fire service to preserve such traditions.
