All the goals of the exercises in the largest indoor food market of the republic have been achieved
On the territory of OJSC "Agroprompark" Kazan "today, interdepartmental command and staff exercises were held with management bodies and forces of functional and territorial subsystems for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan to localize and minimize the consequences of possible emergencies and incidents in the largest covered food market in Tatarstan.
The exercises were carried out as part of checking the readiness of the governing bodies, forces and means involved in ensuring security during the preparation and holding of the International Economic Forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum 2024."
First of all, the interaction of all services involved in ensuring security during the international forum was worked out.
Tactical tasks - previous: improvement of techniques and methods of extinguishing fires, emergency rescue and other urgent work, skills in assessing the operational situation and making management decisions aimed at ensuring public order and public safety, medical triage, first aid and medical care.
In addition, a strict commission studied the readiness of the facility personnel for actions during an emergency, the organization of fire protection systems, warning and evacuation of people, as well as the serviceability of the smoke removal system.
Based on the results of practical measures within the framework of the training, an assessment will be made of the actions of the personnel of the facility administration to minimize and eliminate the consequences of the emergency. In total, 220 people and 30 pieces of equipment from the RSChS took part in the exercises.
