Certification of civil servants
The Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the first scheduled certification of civil servants this year.
Five civil servants of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan were certified for compliance with their position. According to the results of certification, one civil servant is recommended for enrollment in the personnel reserve.
Each employee is assessed once every three years. All certifiers successfully passed computer testing, they were asked questions regarding their official duties, knowledge of the current legislation on the state civil service of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as anti-corruption.
