Forest fires "give heat" almost every year and in different climatic zones of Russia: from the subtropics to the Far North. According to the calculations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, there are more than 23.5 thousand settlements in the country at risk of landscape and natural fires.

Today, volunteer fire protection units play an important role in extinguishing fires. By the end of 2023, they went out to extinguish fires 1066 times.
There is still a lot of work ahead: we need to purchase the necessary fire-fighting equipment and master its use, train volunteers.
