The All-Russian Fire and Rescue sports competitions are an impetus for further sports and professional improvements

    The opening ceremony of the XIX All-Russian Fire and Rescue sports competitions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Kazan today. The guests of honor of the sports festival were Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, Chairman of the Council of Heads of Territorial Bodies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Volga Federal District Valery Sinkov and assistant to the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin.

    Recall that the first races of the XIX All-Russian competitions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in fire and rescue sports for the Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan took place yesterday, January 23. On the first day of the competition, boys, girls and women took to the start, who competed in overcoming the 100-meter obstacle course. Then the men and juniors stormed the training tower.

    The geography of the participants is traditionally extensive. Over the course of three days, 11 adult and 13 youth teams from the constituent entities of the Russian Federation compete for victory in these competitions.

    Immediately after the opening ceremony, competitions were held among women and girls in climbing the assault ladder.

    Competitions for young athletes have also ended today. As a result, according to the results of two days, the 1st place was taken by the junior team from the Republic of Bashkortostan, the silver medalists were boys and girls from the Perm Region and the bronze was taken by the hosts of the competition – the team of Tatarstan.

    On Thursday, January 25, the winners and prize-winners of the tournament will be awarded, both in individual and team competitions.
