    The state task for 2023 for the provision of public services to ensure the calling of emergency operational services by a single number "112" was completed by 134.6% by the end of 2023.

    The most frequent applicants contacted 112 for medical help - 31%, reports of criminal incidents - about 18%, reports of accidents – 5%, on housing and communal services – 3%, reports of fires – 1.5% and about 16% background information.
