Opening the meeting, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin noted that the most important moment of today is ensuring uninterrupted heat supply to housing and communal services facilities. Last year, 6 cases of large-scale heat outages were registered in cities and towns of the republic. There were about 25 thousand people in the shutdown zone, more than 20 socially significant facilities and administrative buildings. The reason for the heat outage is banal – the wear of heating networks.
For objective reasons, it is currently not possible to avoid such emergencies. We all understand perfectly well that this requires enormous funds. In this situation, our task is to ensure the readiness of forces and means for emergency response to emerging emergencies and other incidents.
