Dear employees and veterans of civil defense!
On behalf of a team of many thousands and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on the 91st anniversary of the formation of the Russian civil defense system!
The tasks of civil defense are, first of all, the training of the population in the field of civil defense, notification in the event of a threat and emergency situations of a natural and man–made nature, evacuation of the population, provision of shelters and personal protective equipment.
Currently, it is difficult to overestimate the importance of civil defense for our republic.
On this day, we are proud to remember the veterans — people who knew their job, whose rich experience is always an inspiring force for us!
I congratulate everyone who has contributed to the improvement of the civil defense system and cordially wish veterans good health and well—being in everyday life, and current employees and specialists - good luck and further success in service for the benefit of our Fatherland!
