Rafis Khabibullin: «Let the children go to school with joy»
The family of the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin joined the campaign "Help to get ready for school!" and extended a helping hand to the large family of Ayrat Rakhmatullin, who lives in the village of Starye Yumraly of the Apastovsky municipal district. 3 children are brought up in the Rakhmatullins' family. Before the start of the new academic year, the head of the Tatarstan central board talked with the guys and presented them with new clothes.
Last year, after the tragic death of his wife, three minors were left without a mother. Rafis Khabibullin did not leave his fellow countrymen in trouble. A year ago, together with the head of the Apastovsky district, the head of the emergency department visited the family and presented gifts for children.
