At a briefing at the Government House dedicated to the organization of summer children's recreation, Maxim Trushchin, head of the Department of Supervision and Preventive Work of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, told journalists of the republican media about the ongoing work to monitor compliance with fire safety requirements at children's recreation facilities.
He noted that the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan has developed and is implementing a set of organizational and practical measures to control fire safety of children's health facilities.
As part of the ongoing work, 120 stationary recreation and recreation facilities for children, 44 tent camps, as well as 784 school-based children's health camps and 561 labor and recreation camps were taken into account.
In total, as part of the ongoing work, out of 120 registered stationary objects of children's recreation, 70 (58.3%) objects were inspected and examined at this stage.
