A special fire protection regime is being introduced in Tatarstan from April 17 to May 10
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 30, 2023 No. 376 "On the establishment of a special fire-fighting regime on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan" from April 17 to May 10, a special fire-fighting regime is introduced on the territory of the republic.
Recall that for non-compliance with fire safety requirements during a special fire regime, the measure of administrative responsibility has been increased by 2 times:
for citizens in the amount of 10 thousand to 20 thousand rubles;
for officials - from 30 thousand to 60 thousand rubles;
for persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity without the formation of a legal entity - from 60 thousand to 80 thousand rubles;
for legal entities - from 400 thousand to 800 thousand rubles.
The main feature of the SFR this year is a complete ban during this period on bonfires, burning of solid household waste, dry grass and garbage.
