Rescue operations were carried out in Kazan in the zone of conditional flooding as part of the first stage of the All-Russian exercises
Today, with the receipt of introductory information about the occurrence of an emergency, Tatarstan has begun to carry out activities within the framework of the All-Russian Command and staff exercises. According to the legend of the exercises, as a result of a sharp increase in air temperature and heavy snowmelt, there was a sharp rise in the water level on the Kinderka River in Kazan. This led to flooding of residential buildings in the Kazan village of Novaya Sosnovka. 54 houses with a population of 147 people, including 45 children, were flooded. Socially significant objects were not included in the flooding zone.
Within the framework of this exercise, the issues of evacuation of the population from flooded territories, their placement in temporary accommodation and priority life support will be worked out. In total, a group of over 19 thousand people and more than 4 thousand pieces of equipment has been created in the republic to respond to such situations. Such introductory notes will be brought and worked out in all municipalities of the republic.
