People with addictive manifestations often come into contact with emergency services in a state of emotional destabilization caused by withdrawal syndrome, intoxication, or concomitant mental disorders. In such cases, there is marked anxiety, decreased criticality to one's own condition, a tendency to manipulative behavior, affective reactions, as well as the presence of suicidal thoughts or intentions.

A solemn rally dedicated to Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War was held on the central square of Chistopol. Thousands of residents of Chistopol gathered here – collectives of enterprises and organizations, schoolchildren, students, kindergarten students and other residents of the city. The most honorable places are occupied by home front workers, war children, relatives of participants in a Special military operation and the defenders of the Fatherland themselves.

On the eve of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, an unusual event was held to celebrate Radio Day. The organizers were employees of SBI "Service-112", who presented to the audience a theatrical production at the junction of history, technology and the memory of generations. The play was built around the key role of signalmen and radio operators during the Great Patriotic War.

During the reporting period, 44,688 calls were received and processed, and 36,010 incident cards were created. To date, about 68% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.
