Fines for the use of pyrotechnics in territories where a corresponding ban has been introduced have increased to 20 thousand rubles
From December 19, 2022 to January 8, 2023, a special fire protection regime is being established on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The corresponding resolution was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin. During the period of the special fire protection regime, it is prohibited to use pyrotechnic products of hazard classes 1 – 3 near residential buildings, industrial facilities, transport infrastructure and the fuel and energy complex.
In order to ensure fire safety during the New Year and Christmas festive events, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan decided to establish a special fire protection regime on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan from December 19, 2022 to January 8, 2023.
During the period of the special fire protection regime, establish a ban on the use of pyrotechnic products of hazard classes 1 – 3 (with the exception of sparklers, firecrackers) in territories located within 500 meters from the borders of industrial and transport infrastructure facilities, as well as 30 meters from apartment buildings.
