Challenge «Тиздән мәктәпкә»: memories of school years of specialists of SBI "Service-112" as one of the types of psychological training
Memories of the past, of school years help to better understand the present, to return our own past and continue our history, they enrich and saturate our personality. There is a hidden energy hidden in the newly found memories. You just need to learn to accept them and give them meaning.
It is for this purpose that in the "Service -112" to find your own hidden energy, personal and collective resources, to help get to know each other better and to rally the team, an action-challenge "Back to school" has been announced. Combine memories of the Day of Knowledge, create memorable collective collages from their own children's photos about the beginning of the school year of each member of the team. After all, the mood of the team is interconnected emotional reactions and experiences that have a certain color. The degree of readiness of the group members for certain actions depends on them.
Each shift, together with psychologists, prepared materials for creating their own newspaper - memoirs, with photos and mini-essays about that part of their life that can become a resource for joint cohesion now, in many years.
The challenge ended on September 5, 2022 with the newspaper "School, September 1, 2022", which posted photos with children and grandchildren - current schoolchildren, as well as responses from employees who visited the school again, but with renewed feelings.
