On behalf of the Head of the Russian ministry of emergency situations, Alexander Kurenkov, deputy minister Roman Kurynin met with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the meeting, key aspects of ensuring security in the region and issues related to preparations for the International Salon of security equipment "Integrated Security - 2026" were discussed.
During his visit to the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Roman Kurynin got acquainted in detail with the activities of various departments, including fire and rescue unit No. 3, a mobile control center and a Crisis management center. In addition, the deputy head visited the training arena and the Museum of the Glory of Fire and Rescue Sports of Tatarstan.
During the working trip, special attention was paid to preparations for the XVI International Salon "Integrated security - 2026", which will be held in September this year in Kazan. During the meeting of the working group, they discussed the creation of a modern training ground for firefighters and rescuers, as well as the details of organizing large-scale demonstration exercises and competitions that will take place during the salon. Upon completion of the event, the training ground will function as a platform for regular training, as well as for competitions and competitions of professional skills at both Russian and international levels.
Roman Kurynin emphasized the strategic importance of this facility. The main events of the salon, which will showcase the latest achievements in the field of security, will be held at the site of the "Kazan Expo" International exhibition center. The deputy head of the Russian ministry of emergency situations assessed the technical and organizational capabilities of the exhibition.
