During the reporting period, 44,107 calls were received and processed, and 34,117 incident cards were created. To date, about 57% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: 31.4% for medical care, 30.0% for police, 25.2% for firefighters and rescuers, 3.0% for housing and communal services, 1.8% for emergency gas services, and 8.6% for other reasons.

According to the results of the past week, the average waiting time for a specialist's response was 05 seconds, and the average conversation time between a specialist and applicants was 1 minute and 14 seconds.

Psychologists conducted 135 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 572 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
