Christmas tree, do not burn!

Not everyone decorates the Christmas tree with certified reliable electric garlands - many try to save money on buying a good electric decoration. 
The laboratory staff purchased a cheap, non-certified electric garland and an inexpensive artificial Christmas tree without a certificate. Decorated the Christmas tree with colorful light bulbs. After an hour and a half of work, the electric garland sparkled. Then the plastic needles caught fire. Artificial Christmas beauty burned down in a matter of minutes. Burning plastic dripped from the Christmas tree onto objects lying around, which also caught fire.
Experts also note that a short circuit is a sudden process that may not occur for years, but occur unexpectedly, at one moment.
