The best fire volunteers of Tatarstan.

The competing in the final stage of the contest "The best volunteer fire department of the Republic of  Tatarstan" has finished in Almetyevsk. This year, for the right to be called the best team in Tatarstan fought 46 teams - the winners of municipal competition. The grand prize was fire truck ARS-14.

General reason of the competition - increasing willingness of volunteer fire departments of the Republic of Tatarstan for fire-fighting and rescue operations, as well as improving their skills and professionalism, improvement of knowledge and skills to work with the main fire appliances and equipment for successful fire suppression and conducting rescue operations.

In the squads of teams were 6 people - three on each stage.

Amazing opening ceremony of the competition was held in the football stadium "Alnas." The oil Capital of the Republic of  Tatarstan is celebrating two important events at once - 70 years since the first oil production at the field Romashkinsky and the 60th anniversary of  Almetyevsk founding.

The participants parade took the Deputy Chief of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the colonel of internal service Rafail Motygullin. He noted that the volunteer firemen became a solid basis for federal fire service. "Since the beginning of this year, 74 times the volunteer firefighters were checking out the fire alarm. They managed to save 4 people. The lives saved by them - is the best reward for people who are on their own vocation ready to join fight with the fire, "- said Rafael Motygullin.

1st place took the team of Almetyevsk municipal district, which became the owner of the fire engine. The second step of the podium was occupied by volunteers from Apastovski district. They received a TV as a gift. The top three winners the team of Zelenodolsky region has closed.

Next year the final stage of the competition Zelenodolsky municipal district will host.
