The Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan held a line up review on the transition to summer uniforms. Officers of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and the personnel of the Kazan garrison lined up on the parade ground near the building of the Crisis Management Center. The drill review was conducted by the Deputy Head of the Main Department (for Anti-crisis Management), Colonel Igor Dragunov.
First, an inspection of the appearance was carried out, the presence of documents in the management team. All were fit and dressed strictly according to the requirements of the uniform order. Then the inspection was carried out in the departments. The certificates were checked, which had to correspond to the rank and position of the employee, the presence of a badge with a personal number and hygiene items.
