Elimination of wildfires – the third stage of the All-Russian command and staff exercises
Today, in the republican children's health and training center "Koster" of the Vysokogorsky district, practical events were held as part of the III stage of the All-Russian command and staff exercises. Local authorities, volunteers, forest guards, the State Fire Service as part of the forces of the local fire and rescue garrison and the airmobile group of the Main Directorate, the Mi-8 helicopter of the EMERCOM of Russia, as well as police officers and medics, energy and gas workers, environmentalists and other supervisory authorities were involved in working out a wide variety of introductory exercises. To extinguish the natural fire threatening the children's camp, it was necessary not only with shovels and knapsack installations, manual and carriage trunks - not only ground, but also air equipment came to the rescue.
According to the legend of the exercise, on April 15, 2021, while patrolling the territory of the Vysokogorsky municipal district, a patrol group with a senior-the head of the Biryulinsky rural settlement-found smoke in a forest area near the Republican Children's Health and Education Center "Koster". This was reported by the senior patrol group to the unified duty and dispatch service (hereinafter-UDDS) of the Vysokogorsky municipal district.
This object is included in the list of objects that are subject to the threat of spreading wildfires, since it is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest fund. This object is year-round with a mass stay of people. The risks of emergency situations with threats to people here are high, so in order to work out all the actions, to minimize the possible consequences of real accidents, this object was chosen.
