The head of the Zelenodolsk municipal district, Mikhail Afanasyev, explained in detail to the residents of the house affected by the explosion, how further work will be organized to eliminate the consequences of this emergency. The meeting was also attended by the head of the Zelenodolsk fire and rescue garrison, Zufar Khaliullin, and the Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Zelenodolsk municipal district, Vyacheslav Dolganov.
To solve the emerging issues, the administration of the municipality has specially created an operational headquarters. Immediately after the conversation in the operational staff, people went to their home. Today, during the day, literally one family of residents was allowed into their apartments for 15 minutes, so that they could pick up everything they needed – documents, medicines, valuables, pets. Inside the house, they were escorted by police officers and firefighters.
The reconstruction works, according to experts, can take up to 6 months. Currently, around the house 39a on Lenin Street, round-the-clock duty and security is organized. The management company will restore street lighting and install a video surveillance system for the territory and the entrance to the residential building.
