Specialists of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan will check the regional, local and local warning systems, including the integrated system of emergency notification of the population about the threat of occurrence or about the occurrence of emergency situations in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The corresponding Order was signed by the Deputy head of the civil defense of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

In accordance with the Decree of the Prime Minister in the period from 3 to 4 March 2021 to conduct an audit of regional and local warning systems, including an integrated system for emergency notification of the population about the threat or occurrence of emergency situations on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. And also recommend to the management of the Ministry of Digital Development of the State Administration of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications "Tatmedia", PJSC "Tattelecom", mobile operators MTS, MegaFon, Beeline, Tele2 to organize the delivery of training warning signals to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan through the notification equipment, mass media, mobile operators;
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan is recommended to check the transmission of the warning signal to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan through the signal loudspeaker devices (SSU) installed on operational vehicles.
Heads of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan - to organize the notification of the population with all available forces and means.
The heads of organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan also encouraged to organize alert staff of organizations and people living in surrounding areas, local warning systems.
