V All-Russian heroic and patriotic festival of children's and youth creativity "Star of Salvation" starts in Tatarstan
The EMERCOM of RT is launching the first (republican) stage of the V All-Russian Heroic and Patriotic Festival of Children and Youth Creativity "Star of Salvation".
Theme of the festival:
"EMERCOM of Russia: Courage-Honor-Salvation";
"Dedicated to the heroes of salvation";
"35 years since the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the largest radiation disaster of our time".
Students of educational organizations, children's clubs, sections and other creative groups aged from 7 to 18 years are allowed to participate in the festival. Participation can be either individual or collective, is voluntary and is free of charge. Applications for participation in the competition are accepted from February 20, 2021.
The festival is held in two stages between March and May 2020. The Republican stage (I stage) of the festival is held on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan until March 27, 2021.
To participate in the republican stage of the festival, you must submit an application (a sample is available in the annex to this Regulation). Creative works in electronic form are sent to the Department of personnel, educational work and professional Training of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan by e-mail until March 20, 2021 ovripo@mail.ru. The festival is held in two stages, in the period from February to May 2021.

Each work is accompanied by an application in electronic form (. pdf format) (Appendix). All submitted works must correspond to the theme of the festival.
The second stage of the festival is held in the EMERCOM of Russia (Moscow).
The second stage is attended by the winners of the first stage of the festival, who took 1st place in creative competitions.
The festival includes 5 creative competitions.
1. " Contest of fine art»
The competition involves the performance of works in different genres of artistic creativity:
painting (watercolor, gouache, tempera, oil);
graphics (drawing in pencil, pastel, printmaking);
decorative and applied arts (batik, weaving, sewing, embroidery, wood carving, paper plastics, mosaic);
sculpture (plasticine, plaster, ceramics);
layouts, models.
The work is provided in electronic form in the format .jpg with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Each work is accompanied by an application in electronic form (format .pdf) (Appendix).
2. "Competition of literary creativity"
General requirements for works:
The works submitted for the competition must be copyrighted and meet the following requirements: The
work must be submitted in Microsoft Word format with the extension *.doc,*. docx. The file name must be typed in Russian and reflect the author's last name (for example: Petrova. dos). Margins from the edges of the sheet: top-2 cm, bottom-2 cm, left-2 cm, right-2 cm. The recommended font is Times New Roman, size-14 pt, line spacing-1.5. The volume is not more than 2 pages.
Each work is accompanied by an application in electronic form (format .pdf) (Appendix).
3. "Competition of musical creativity"
General requirements for the performance:
Performance at a high musical and aesthetic level, emotionality and expressiveness of the performance, the overall artistic impression, the unity of the image and musical form.
Types (genres) of creative performances:
The competition involves creative performances in different genres: vocal (solo, duet, ensemble, choir); instrumental genre (solo, ensemble, orchestra).
The work is provided in electronic form in the format-wmv, mp4; the minimum resolution of the video-1280x720px.; the maximum duration of the video-no more than 5 minutes.
Each work is accompanied by an application in electronic form (format .pdf) (Appendix).
4. "Competition of choreographic creativity"
General requirements for performance:
performance at a high musical and aesthetic level;
emotionality and expressiveness of the speech;
high level of technical performance;
overall artistic impression;
the unity of the image and the choreographic form.
Types (genres) of creative performances:
The competition involves creative performances in different genres of choreography. The video is provided in electronic form in the format-wmv, mp4; the minimum resolution of the video is 1280x720px.; the maximum duration of the video is no more than 5 minutes.
It is mandatory to attach the application in electronic form (format .pdf) (Appendix).
5. "Competition of stage creativity"
General requirements:
performance at a high artistic and stage level, artistic depth and expressiveness; directing, artistic and musical design, acting skills.
Types and forms:
poems, prose, author's poems, miniature, performance, concert number (no more than 7 minutes).
The material is provided in electronic form in the format-wmv, mp4; the minimum resolution of the video-1280x720px.; the maximum duration of the video-no more than 7 minutes.
The application is attached in electronic form (format .pdf) (Appendix).
