Ishaq Abdul-Barievich was born on March 1, 1946 in the Turma village in the Tetyushy district of the TASSR. He went from a cadet to the head of the fire department of the republic, giving more than 35 years of service to fight fire for the sake of saving human life. In 1967 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk fire-technical school MOOP RSFSR, and then to intercede on combat duty in the office of the chief of inspections of the State fire supervision of the ATS, Vysokogorsky district Executive Committee of Tatarstan.
