In accordance with the order of EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan "About competition on a rank "the Best specialist on civil defense Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan" in the Republican emergency Department, a competition was held among specialists of civil defense of the Department exercising powers in the field of civil defense departments and divisions of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan throughout municipal districts and urban districts.
This competition is held annually in order to objectively evaluate and stimulate the professional activity of specialists in the field of civil defense, to improve their skills and professionalism. The competition is held in two stages. First, the competition commissions of departments and departments of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan for municipal districts and urban districts determine the best specialist in civil defense on the ground. Then the winner is promoted to the Republican level.
Also, according to the results of the competition, a second-degree Diploma is awarded to Alexander Kalinin, a senior specialist of the 1st category in the Alekseevsk municipal district of the Department for the implementation of powers in the field of civil defense. And the third place was awarded to Lilia Gilmanova, civil defense specialist of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Nizhnekamsk municipal district.
