The search for the missing man continues on Kama
October 6 13.53 (MSK) UDSD of Chistopol region on the system "112" from UDSD of Mamadysh area the message arrived that on the Kama river, opposite Vandovka village of Mamadysh district a man, a resident of Almetyevsk district, born in 1968, is lost.
According to his son, the father and his friends went fishing on October 5 by car. His friends returned from fishing on October 5 at approximately 17.00 (Moscow time), and the missing person was supposed to catch up with them on a blue PVC motor boat with a motor, but the man never showed up. The car of the missing person remained on the shore. There was no boat or motor.
At 16:25 staff of Chistopol branch SISV found a boat missing near the village of Sukhoy Bersut of Mamadysh district, the boat was handed over to the police Mamadysh district to conduct the necessary investigative and operational action.
SISV employees conducted a visual inspection of the right and left coastlines of the Kama river, as well as the surface of the water area on an area of 35.1 square kilometers.
Visual inspection before dark did not yield any results. The search will continue tomorrow.
